It is the responsibility of the club to provide all items necessary for food sale (coffee, ice, paper plates, napkins, condiments, serving utensils, etc.)
A catering form requesting the kitchen must be filled out two weeks prior to the event.
No kitchen items may be used by student clubs. Club may access our designated cabinet by making a request for it to be opened by any Student Activity worker located in the Quentin P. Smith Student Lounge.
Kitchen must be cleaned after use and all utensils must be returned to their original location. This includes wiping down sink, counters, tables, and refrigerator.
No food or beverages are allowed in the refrigerator overnight unless a food sale is the following day.
Food fundraiser must be cleaned after event.
Extension cords must be put on the maintenance request form (forms can be found on the website).
Please note if the kitchen or fundraising area is not cleaned the club’s account will be fined $100. The fine increases per day at a rate of $50 per day.
