A FREE ONE-WEEK SUMMER CAMP

Yoga, mindfulness and meditation to promote resiliency as a foundation for academic and athletic success.
Mindfulness & Sports camp returns! In partnership with Maroon Village, elementary and middle school students can attend this free one-week camp where they will learn foundational skills for sports along with mindfulness practices to help them meet obstacles – in sports and in life – that will promote success in both academics and athletics. Students will build skills in mindfulness, yoga, meditation and different sports, and grow in confidence and community.
DETAILS
- Each session runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Camp runs for four hours a day with five sports over five days
- Sports covered include soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross country, and football
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided
