Your safety and security are extremely important to us at Calumet College of St. Joseph. The following information is provided to share with you our commitment to the security of our college family and to inform you about the steps you can take to ensure a safe and secure campus. We encourage you to report any crime immediately, no matter how small. Please call security at (219) 644-6595 to report all criminal activity and/or emergencies. Campus Security is located in the Information Center in the main lobby on the first floor. The Information Center is available for walk-in complaints. Written reports are made on all complaints and calls. Campus Security may remove individuals who are not engaging in immediate, lawful business.

Crime Statistics
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the “Clery Act”), CCSJ publishes annual crime statistics in the Annual Security Report.  This information should assist you in evaluating crime on campus. The Security Oversight Manager maintains for public inspection a Daily Crime Log of any and all alleged criminal incidents that are reported to campus security.  Inquiries concerning this data may be directed to the Security Oversight Manager at (219) 718-6081.
