Fr. Kevin Scalf, C.PP.S. recently announced that Pope Francis has recently declared a “Year of St. Joseph” throughout the universal church.
The Holy Father points out that Joseph is a beloved parent, a tender and loving father, an obedient father, an accepting father; a father who is creatively courageous, a working father, a father in the shadows.
These characteristics aptly characterize many of the dedicated women and men who serve at CCSJ. It’s also a fitting caricature of many of our students.
